Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services

Matias Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Landscape design and installation
• Flowerbed creation and maintenance
• Paver and hardscape installation
• Sod installation
• Concrete work
• Lawn care and maintenance
• French drain installation

Project Minimums and Pricing

Our project minimum is $5,000 for full landscape design and installation projects. However, we offer individual services with lower starting prices:

• Flowerbeds starting at $500
• Lawn Care starting at $150/month
• Sod Installation starting at $1,200
• French Drains starting at $1,500
• Pavers starting at $2,500
• Concrete Work starting at $3,000

All prices are estimates and final pricing will be determined after an on-site consultation.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on most projects. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Financing options are available for qualifying customers.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Plant Materials: 1-year warranty on all plants. If any plant does not survive the first year under normal conditions, we will replace it at no cost.
• Hardscape Installations: 5-year warranty on all paver and concrete installations against defects in workmanship.
• Drainage Systems: 3-year warranty on French drain installations.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work will receive a full refund of any deposits. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services.

Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Matias Landscaping is not liable for:

• Damage to underground utilities not properly marked before work begins
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to work
• Normal wear and settling of materials
• Damage caused by weather events during or after installation

Service Area

We serve the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area, including Norman, Yukon, Moore, Edmond, Midwest City, Guthrie, and surrounding communities within approximately 50 miles of Oklahoma City.
